How can I possibly study for finals when I am going to be here in 13 days?? There is just to much excitement to focus!!!

Germany

has the best food ever. Who would have known, right? But seriously, its freakin’ delicious. I don’t ever want to leave here!!

Some Thoughts on Europe

1. The people are sooooooooooooooo skinny!!!! Like all of them. It makes us Americans look like herds of elephants. Maybe we need to start laying of the Mickey D’s?

2. And did I mention they are all freaking gorgeous? I seriously need to know what is in the water here.

3. Just had the best pizza of my life last night. at a Turkish restaurant. in Germany. whodda thunk it?

4. Why are the Swiss so damn nice? I don’t know, but I like it.

5. Zurich, Switzerland looks like northern Idaho, and the rest of the Northwest for that matter. Didn’t expect that one.

6. 10 hour plane rides to get to this damn continent suck.

7. Germany scares me. I mean its beautiful and all, and all the people are pretty cool and nice, but I can’t help thinking how like 70 years ago there were probably Nazi rallies and whatnot going on right where I am standing. Then I think, I bet the hotel I am in, or that house across the street hid Jews in them during the war. I wonder if they survived? or did they find them? So many things to ponder…

8. Why is it so quiet here?

Thats all I got for now, but I’m headed into the Black Forest today, so we will see what comes out of that! 

Heading off to Germany tomorrow
